A study reported by Times Online and brought to our attention via TheFrisky, shows that children who are physically punished until the age of 6 perform better in school as teenagers and are more likely to attend college.  Considering that many people have been strongly against the physical reinforcement of children, this study may come as a shock to many.  Physical reinforcement or not, theres no doubt that spanking could lead to some pretty interesting discussions in our parenting and fantasies topics of Leftos.
